Project Coordinator Assistant needed for scientific manufacturing client in the Mercer County, NJ area. You will coordinate the paperwork workflow between multiple Project Coordinators in all company departments.


Responsibilities:

  • Entering information into database
  • Review expense reports to ensure they are correct and attached to the correct job
  • Manage equipment along with inventory parts
  • Assist managers with documentation and materials for projects
  • Back up project coordinators
