SNI Companies is seeking an Accounting Specialist in the Orlando, FL area.
This position is onsite (not remote)
Monday to Friday - 8 AM to 5 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and timely payroll records/reports in the Payroll system.
Check timesheets for accuracy.
Assist with Benefits coordination.
Prepare journal entries based on monthly payroll.
Work in tandem with the team to provide accurate statistics & reports.
Cross-train with Accounting Specialists to assist the Finance team with processing AP, reconciling accounts, and creating/sending reports.
Attend all required staff or agency meetings
Participate in annual and interim audits.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
Preferred 2-3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable position
Must be familiar with all Microsoft Office, Excel, and QuickBooks
Must be able to pass a background and drug screening
