SNI has partnered with a reputable organization seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join their team on a contract to hire basis. This position requires candidates that are customer service focused, and will focus on various projects for the department surrounding the organization's training and development program. Responsibilities:

  • Serves as Training Coordinator to assist with New Employee Orientation, supervisory training programs, employee training activities, onboarding process, and other reward programs.
  • Coordinates employee recognition program including employee of the quarter and all other award and recognition programs.
  • Develops and publishes the employee newsletter and other human resources related marketing material that may include regular communication regarding Human Resources activities.
  • Responsible for the design, development and distribution of flyers, posters, emails, and brochures to promote departmental events or to provide general information.
  • Responds to and completes internal and external market surveys regarding compensation, policies, procedures, programs and benefits.
  • Responsible for data collection, statistical analysis and compilation of reports to provide requested information and/or data in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Organizes and maintains supervisor/department files including correspondence, records, etc., and follows up on pending matters.
  • Serves as occasional backup to Office Administrative Assistant to receive and screens telephone calls, and/or visitors.
  • Performs related duties as required or assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management/Development, Public or Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ year of human resources related experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
