Job Description

SNI Companies has partnered with a Technology Firm located in Mercer County who is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support their CEO. This role is 4 days in the office and 1 day remote, the company’s employee tenure is 6-10 years, and they pride themselves on having a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Will report directly to the CEO and provide executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the CEO. 
  • The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to 5-6 board of directors and senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects. 
  • Managing an active calendar of appointments
  • Completing expense reports in SAP Concur
  • Composing and preparing correspondence that is confidential.
  • Ability to manage, organize, and collect data in MS Excel and run reports, specifically financial reports.
  • Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compile documents for travel-related meetings. 
  • Help plan corporate meetings and events. During meetings take notes and meeting minutes.
  • Works with the marketing and strategic initiatives team in coordinating the CEO’s outreach activities.  
  • Assists board members with administrative, travel arrangements, lodging, and meal planning as needed, maintains discretion and confidentiality in relationships with all board members. 
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including leadership, board members, external partners.
  • Demonstrates a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be effective independently. 
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands.
 
Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree required. 
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting C-Level Executives.
  • Experience with internal and external communications, partnership development. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), SAP Concur, Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.
  • Previous experience working in the tech industry is preferred.
