HR Resource Management Specialist
Responsibilities include:
- Negotiate offer, acceptance, and start date with internal candidates.
- Work with the personnel security staff for the internal employee clearance process.
- Create a pipeline of employees to meet current and upcoming needs.
- Partner with client executives and delivery managers to support growth of the business.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal customers, business networks, and professional organizations to network and generate referrals
- Assist with internal recruiting processes and transfers. Provide full lifecycle recruiting for internal employees in support of projects and staff augmentation accounts.
- Review and approve Federal Services resource requests utilizing the applicant tracking system. and maintaining compliance with OFCCP/EEOC regulations.
- Working with a high volume of resource requests in a competitive environment, with the ability to change focus or search criteria as needed.
- Manage Bench activity and maintain detailed weekly reports for tracking employees' bench entitlements.
- Manage employees throughout the internal interview process, setting up technical and consultative screening interviews with internal staff.
- Track candidates throughout the interview process via the Applicant Tracking System.
Required Basic Qualifications:
- 3-5 years' experience working in a mid to high-volume recruiting environment.
- 3-5 years' work experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System, Deltek Costpoint, and other tools.
- 5-7 years' experience in Human Resources or Recruiting experience.
- 5 years' experience using web-based tools, preferably with recruiting.
- Must be a US Citizen.
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources or Business Management or equivalent years
