Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented administrative professional to join our rapidly growing team. We are looking for someone with excellent office and sales & marketing administrative skills. The candidate would operate as inside sales reporting to sales manager as well as office manager reporting to the managing director of the division.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inside Sales activities including sales quotations, order processing and customer reports
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Marketing activities including trade shows support and press release
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data
  • Assist in purchasing functions with colleagues
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Administrative support for the Company management as needed

Skills/Requirements

  • Working experience in a sales and marketing organization
  • Must have minimum of 5 years experience
  • Familiar with accounting software, preferably PeachTree
  • Ability to work closely with staff and customers
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, CRM and Word
  • Ability to keep confidential sensitive company information
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Ability to work alone with minimal supervision
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Bi-lingual and working knowledge of Spanish is highly preferred


Salary 52K to 60K

  • Sales & Marketing: 5 years (Preferred)
