Administrative Support to Legal Team! Fulltime role in Clearwater!
We are currently searching for an experienced Administrative Support/Claims Assistant for established contracting firm. This role will be based out of a Clearwater office and will be primarily responsible for assisting external Legal Team with the timely filing, drafting, and preparation of legal documents, as well as providing overall support to the company and our clients.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and scheduling depositions and hearings
  • Answering interrogatories and responding to other document requests
  • Preparing and mailing orders and other documentation to judges and opposing counsel
  • Serve as liaison between Attorney, clients and company to ensure timely and accurate adherence to deadlines and other important requests
  • Maintain documentation and organization


Requirements:

  • Prior experience working as a Legal Assistant or Admin in legal field, or past experience working in a similar role
  • Meet deadlines and prioritize while handling high volume of cases
  • Detail oriented with ability to multi task
  • Strong communication and MS Word / Excel skills
