Temporary Employee
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8 AM-5PM
Temporary employee shall have knowledge of the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA) and the ability to read and understand policies and procedures and the aptitude to apply this knowledge to practice. Employee will work daily within ERP system providing customer service to both internal and external customers regarding vendor maintenance and Contract Management.
Employee shall be proficient in Microsoft applications of Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and provide valid solutions relating to Procurement.
Ability to work in a virtual environment or in office.
Ability to organize electronic files proficiently and effectively.
Communicate effectively via virtually, orally, or written communications
Must be able to manage multiple projects daily
Must have data entry skills equal to 40 wpm
Prepares and executes contract renewals
Must be able to read, create, and follow process flowcharts, in order to complete daily work.
Ability to work independently with minimum or direct supervision
Able to work in cross functional teams on occasion.
Must have internet connectivity
