PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST hours are 9a to 3p or 10 to 3p
Busy CPA firm located in Woburn is seeking a motivated individual to work as a part-time receptionist. The ideal candidate will be experienced in all Microsoft Office products, and professional, flexible and possess the ability to multi-task.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Duties will include answering phones
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Greeting clients
  • Ordering supplies
  • Mailing firm correspondence
  • General administrative support as needed.


QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 2 years of experience
SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy level
  • Strong phone and conflict management skills
