Job Description

We are currently seeking and Office Manager who reports directly to the CFO. Must be able to multi-task and willing to take on ad hoc projects as needed.

  • Receptionist duties including answering front door, telephone responsibilities, transferring, forwarding, taking accurate messages, making arrangements for internal and board meetings.
  • Assist clients as needed with requests for managing information.
  • Assist clients in uploading documents as needed
  • Open all mail daily; time stamp, distribute items as needed,
  • Maintain check log for accounting/development.
  • Prepare board packages.
  • Arrange group meeting including site planning and catering needs.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness, unload dishwasher as needed.
  • Drafting correspondence, booking travel and other tasks for CEO and CFO as needed.
  • Filing, faxing and photocopying as requested.


  • 3+ years experience as an office assistant/manager
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
