Job Description

Nonprofit organization located in Middlesex County needs a strong, independent, proactive, hands on self motivational executive administrative assistant to support the CEO; who is also very independent, proactive, self motivational and very much involved in all aspects of this organization's mission.

You will be representing the organization and the CEO. You will perform various tasks; including being immediate connection to the CEO for and from all departments within the organization.

  • Calendars
  • Meeting Management
  • Event Planning
  • Contract & Compliance gathering and maintaining
  • Assist with Development interests
  • Grant review and proofing and editing
  • Preparation of various reports
  • Prepare for Board of Director's Meetings by printing agendas, minutes and other documents
  • Point of Contact for organization
  • Data Base Maintenance


  • Microsoft Suite Proficient
  • Supporting a high level or "C" Suite executive
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to handle requests from and for all departments which relate to the CEO's needs.
