Service Specialist Job Duties:

  • The Service Specialist is the face of the company, taking all inbound customer calls and assisting in their needs.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to access a situation and provide a solution is a key role in this position.
  • Interaction with our service technicians and order input is a part of the Service Specialist responsibilities so organization and accuracy is a must.
  • Great training program available.


The ideal candidate should enjoy a fast-paced environment utilizing their skills and abilities with: customer service, excellent accuracy, and the ability to prioritize work. Problem solving, listening, phone skills, and excellent organizational skills are other qualifications.

Job Requirements:
