Our office has a great opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative who is energetic and outgoing. The ideal candidate will be part of a high energy team that focuses on customer satisfaction and will support and service customers for our clients rapidly growing domestic and international markets.

  • Customer contact by phone and e-mail
  • Data entry
  • Manage multiple customer accounts
  • Provide support to outside sales representatives
  • Interact with Marketing, Accounting, Manufacturing and Shipping departments
  • Help resolve any customer issues regarding their account
  • Assist in various projects within the department
  • Capability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office


The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as excellent telephone and computer skills. The successful candidate should be a energetic team player capable of working independently and someone that can easily adapt to change according to business needs.
