We are looking for Call Center Representatives who can manage 60-80+ inbound calls a day and provide top notch customer service to clients.

Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Answering phones and processing orders
* Responding to emails and faxes on a timely manner
* Maintain files for documentation
* Managing existing accounts
* Providing customers with product details and information
* Monitoring scheduled shipments & ensuring a timely delivery

Skills and qualifications:
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Typing 50-60 WPM
* Attention to detail
