Training Coordinator - Central Region, NJ
Responsibilities to include:

  • Oversee and support the coordination, scheduling and promotion of workshops, trainings, and presentations to workers and other professionals providing support services, including the development of promotional materials and maintaining up-to-date website content.
  • Assist with all day-to-day operations of various trainings.
  • Conduct routine administrative duties including data management, data entry, collating, copying, filing, supply inventory, and other operational needs.
  • Communicate with individuals regarding scheduling via phone and email.
  • Network and build professional relationships.
  • Communicate and distribute all paperwork required.
  • Coordinate sites, dates and attendees.
  • Assist with verifying and finalizing schedules.
  • Assist Director with logistics. Assist with necessary follow-up.
  • Support Director with data management & reporting

  • Academic Requirements:
    An Associate's degree or four years of equivalent experience.

    • Minimum two years of experience working in office environment and performing administrative duties. Customer service experience required.
    • Excellent written and oral skills along with strong computer knowledge a must.
    • Strong self-discipline and organizational skills.
    • Strong interpersonal, motivational and critical thinking skills along with an engaging and energizing personality.
    • Advanced MS Office skills and utilizing social media.
    • Experience with event planning a plus.
