Job Description

Staffing Now is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to work in the Licensing Department of one of our top Las Colinas clients. This is a contract to hire position. The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for interfacing with states, customers, reps and vendors to ensure compliance.

Job Responsibilities
* File annual reports for companies in jurisdictions
* Process appointments
* Manage and update customer licenses and renewals (company and individual)
* Assist Product Regulatory Manager with researching contract law
* Manage all Action Items for licensing on new accounts/products
* Manage Business Bonds (renewals and invoices)

Job Requirements
* 1-3 years previous office experience
* Must be able to effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
* Ability to effectively interface with outside business partners and internal employees
* Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Proficient in MS Office
