This 'Selling Manager' role offers the ability to make a high level impact in a hot Ft. Lauderdale/ Miami market. This key position will lead and develop a high growth team of Business Development Managers/Recruiters across multiple lines of business, as well as develop a core book of business. You can control your income based on your efforts!
Main responsibilities include:
- Motivate, develop and hire a business development/recruiting team
- Lead by example by establishing and nurturing client relationships
- Position SNI Companies as the specialized leader in contract/direct hire staffing
- Partner with top producers in multiple lines of business to gain market share
- Job Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in an agency staffing leadership role
- Proven track record of success in client prospecting and leading an internal team
- The ability to focus on building strong client relationships
- Outstanding networking and negotiation skills
- The experience and desire to drive your own success and be paid for performance
