Recruitment Sales Coordinator
Duties


  • Assisting client and supports:
  • Identify business opportunities. Find potential new customers and convert them into clients by emailing, networking, advertising and other means of generating interest. Being able to reach out to others comfortably is key.
  • Develop a rapport with new clients and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship for substantial growth and expansion.
  • Undertake Sales Management through recording, tracking, and responding to sales and client activity and ability to use Hub Spot to do this.
  • On board new clients
  • Work with team in place to support account management



  • Working with candidates:
  • Evaluate and approve candidate applications/establish professional file for each on a daily basis as needed
  • Point of contact for candidate under review throughout hiring season in a customer service representative capacity
  • Inform and counsel all candidates and prospective candidates about employment opportunities

  • Other duties:
  • Review and respond to inquiries from both current and prospective candidates and clients
  • Coordinate and assist in planning of various conferences run by organization and actively support the clients you have created a relationship with
  • Representative at worldwide hiring events, for recruiters and candidates



  • Years/Type of Experience: Two years education, employment, training or related experience. Demonstrated success in prospecting and lead generation.
    Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, IT Competent, i.e., HubSpot, comfortable using new platforms
    Education/Training: Degree in education or related field
    Desired Qualifications:

    • Experience working in a target-driven environment and can display a track record of hitting targets
    • Possesses an understanding of the sales process, relationship building/maintenance, negotiation and closing techniques
    • Strong verbal, written, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
    • Candidate must be able to approach work in a detail-orientated fashion
    • Must work well individually and as part of a team
    • Domestic and/or international travel may be required
