SNI Legal has partnered with a large well-established law firm in the Hartford Area looking for an enthusiastic and driven Personal Injury Legal Assistant that is a certified Paralegal to join their team. Someone with experience in CT law and willing to learn and grow in MA laws and PIP processes.
Responsibility: - Previous experience as a Legal Assistant in Personal Injury law.
- Knowledge and experience in CT prelitigation and litigation.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to empathize with clients in difficult situations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail, particularly concerning sensitive materials and client confidentiality.
- Assist in handling claims for injuries or accidents caused by another party.
- Support in building cases by ordering and tracking medical costs, insurance, and lien providers.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients who have been involved in stressful situations.
- Utilize organizational skills to manage case files effectively.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the litigation process.
- Maintain attention to detail, ensuring confidentiality and privacy of client information.
