Job Description

We are hiring for an OFFICE CLERK to administratively support the shipping department for our client in Dracut, MA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • work closely with the customer service team to ensure orders are processed and shipped accordingly
  • review all customer orders for accuracy
  • create bill of materials
  • act as the liaison and provide support for the Accounting, Customer Service and Shipping & Receiving Departments
  • review all shipping documents for accuracy

REQUIREMENTS:

  • MS OFFICE and general computer knowledge
  • Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, data entry skills and solid math skills

Schedule is Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm
