Job Description


We have an immediate need for a temp-to-hire office assistant for our Newburyport client. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
Position will entail a variety of office duties, including but not limited to the following.

  • Answering phones and directing phones calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Assisting with invoicing and entering payments into computer.
  • Data entry of client/vendor information.
  • Filing, faxing, typing, and other office duties.
  • General Accounts Payable Support. And fill in for Accounts Receivable when needed.



Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • High School diploma required.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
