Billing & Auditing Specialist
Marketing Billing & Audit Analyst
Location: On-site | Contract Role
Industry: Electronics/Consumer Goods (Marketing Department)
We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our Marketing team with billing and audit functions. This role ensures financial accuracy, maintains audit documentation, and reconciles vendor accounts to support smooth campaign execution and compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Review marketing campaign billing for accuracy and policy compliance

Audit marketing expenses to identify and resolve discrepancies

Collect, verify, and organize supporting documents (invoices, contracts, receipts)

Maintain audit-ready documentation per internal standards

Reconcile vendor invoices (agencies, freelancers, service providers) with internal records

Investigate and resolve vendor billing issues promptly
-
Ensure billing aligns with internal controls and compliance requirements

Generate reports summarizing audit and reconciliation results for leadership

Recommend and implement process improvements for billing and documentation workflows

Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign needs and billing requirements

Serve as a resource for billing and compliance-related questions
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field
-
1–2 years of experience in billing, auditing, or financial reconciliation (marketing or agency experience a plus)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas) and financial software tools

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
