Delray Beach, FL (On-Site)

SNI Companies is currently looking for committed Account Executives to join our client's team in Delray Beach, FL. Our client specializes in structured settlement solutions and is experiencing rapid growth. We are particularly interested in candidates who are interested in working on-site, 2pm - 11pm schedule, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays.

Summary

Join us as an Account Executive and be instrumental in driving growth by cultivating relationships with customers who have structured settlements and annuities, offering financial solutions. The role involves managing and qualifying leads, following up with customers throughout the entire sales process, and ultimately contributing to company growth and reaching individual sales targets.

You'll have a vast database of potential customers to work with. Your focus will be on proactively seeking leads within our system, making outbound calls, and prioritizing quality interactions over quantity. Your approach should be consultative, converting curiosity into sales by showing how our settlement liquidation solutions align with prospects' financial needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate purposeful relationships with structured settlement recipients.
  • Communicate the benefits of our solutions and establish trust over the phone.
  • Close deals promptly and manage sales cycles effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize strategies and achieve goals.

Skills & Experience:

  • 1-2 years of making outbound cold/warm calls in an inside sales role. 
  • Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, managing full sales cycles. 
  • Driven to succeed and overcome challenges.
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on rapport building.
  • Ability to hold yourself accountable to meet daily prospecting goals, meet monthly quotas, and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
