SNI Companies is seeking Account Executives for a leading multimillion-dollar financial services company. In this role, you will drive revenue by identifying customers looking to convert their structured settlements and investment annuities into lump sum payouts. Responsibilities include making outbound calls to qualify leads, utilizing consultative selling techniques to negotiate deals, managing the sales process through to completion, and ensuring compliance with relevant legal requirements.
Position Details:
- Type: Full-time, on-site
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with structured settlement recipients to negotiate the purchase of future payment streams.
- Assess customer financial needs and propose suitable structured settlement solutions.
- Maintain diligence in planning, follow-up, and deal closure by assisting customers with necessary documentation.
- Analyze cost and revenue to ensure profitability.
- Consistently execute daily activities to build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Use company database and cold calling techniques to continuously add new prospects to the pipeline and drive incremental sales growth.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Inside Sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong accountability, time management, and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of successfully building a sales pipeline and closing deals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to build trust and confidence in others.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve daily targets without supervision.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
