Remote Account Executive - Nevada
Remote Account Executive – (High-Volume Sales & Cold Calling)
SNI Companies is seeking motivated Account Executives in Arizona and Nevada for a fully remote opportunity with a multimillion-dollar financial services company. This role is perfect for sales professionals with a strong background in cold calling, high-volume outbound sales, and closing deals over the phone.
As an Account Executive, you will make 100+ outbound calls daily to potential customers, guiding them through the process of selling their structured settlements for lump-sum payouts. This position requires a hunter mentality, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to consistently hit and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound sales calls daily to engage and qualify potential customers.
- Sell financial solutions by understanding customer needs and presenting tailored offers.
- Build relationships with structured settlement recipients to overcome objections and close deals.
- Drive the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and contract completion.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and manage a growing sales pipeline.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of outbound sales experience (B2C preferred) in a high-volume environment.
- Background in cold calling, telesales, or call center sales with a proven track record of success.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills—must be comfortable selling over the phone.
- Ability to handle objections, adapt to different customer needs, and drive urgency in decision-making.
- Experience working remotely with self-discipline, motivation, and time management skills.
- Familiarity with financial services, structured settlements, or similar industries is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- $50,000 base salary + commission (high earning potential!)

- Monday - Friday schedule: 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. PST or 12 p.m. - 9 p.m. MST
