Customer Service Representative (Contract)
Customer Service Representative – (Remote Contract)
Pay: $20/hr
Type: Contract - Seasonal
SNI Companies is hiring Customer Service Representatives for CAT First Notice of Loss (FNOL) support for the upcoming hurricane season. In this fully remote role, you’ll be the first line of communication for individuals affected by natural disasters, helping them report property losses and navigate the initial claims process.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from policyholders impacted by hurricanes and other catastrophes
- Provide clear, empathetic guidance on the claims process
- Accurately document all customer information and reported losses
- Maintain professionalism and patience with distressed callers
- Follow provided scripts and training to ensure consistency and compliance
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of previous experience in customer service or call center environment (preferred)
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation habits
- Ability to stay calm and helpful during high-stress interactions
- Must have a reliable internet connection, a Windows 10 (or newer) computer, and a functioning headset
