The Customer Account Coordinator plays a key role in managing and optimizing the end-to-end order management process, with a strong focus on Shopify B2B platform oversight and Global Accounts. This position requires technical proficiency, strong organizational skills, and proactive problem-solving to ensure seamless order processing and adherence to vendor compliance standards. The Coordinator will collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Accounting teams to enhance workflows, minimize delays, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

Oversee Shopify B2B platform, managing product listings, pricing updates, and troubleshooting order flow issues.

Process orders efficiently in line with customer ship windows and vendor compliance guidelines.

Monitor shipment status daily, proactively addressing non-conformances and ensuring on-time delivery.

Work closely with internal teams (Purchasing, Accounting, Inventory) to resolve order-related issues and maintain accurate records.

Coordinate shipping logistics, including routing with customers’ logistics teams to ensure all shipping requirements are met.

Track and report key order management metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Stay up to date on vendor compliance changes to prevent chargebacks and ensure full compliance.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs.
Qualifications:
-
5+ years of experience in customer service, order management, or e-commerce operations.

Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), with strong Excel skills preferred.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Ability to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment and initiative.

Flexible availability, including willingness to work overtime as needed.
Additional information:

Monday – Friday 8 am – 4:30 pm

Office-based role with occasional exposure to noise or dust.
-
Ability to stand, walk, and use hands for extended periods.
-
Must be able to lift up to 35lbs as needed.
