Tolls and Citations Specialist

SNI Companies is seeking a Citations & Tolls Compliance Specialist to process and ensure accurate billing, compliance with state authorities, and effective recovery from customers.

Responsibilities:

• Review and process toll violations and traffic citations.

• Verify vehicle/customer information and allocate charges.

• Communicate with customers to recover payments and resolve disputes.

• Submit payments promptly to avoid fees or penalties.

• Maintain accurate records and logs for compliance.

• Partner with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; degree in Business or related field preferred.

• 1–3 years of administrative, compliance, or fleet/finance experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/database experience a plus.

• Knowledge of DMV/titling processes helpful.
