Attorney - Personal Injury and Trial
SNI is seeking Trial Attorney – Plaintiff Personal Injury
We are seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join our Hartford team, specializing in Plaintiff Personal Injury cases. The role involves providing legal counsel, conducting research, drafting pleadings, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. Ideal candidates are self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve justice for clients and possess excellent communication, analytical, and litigation skills.
Qualifications:
- JD degree; state bar admission.
- 3+ years in Plaintiff Personal Injury law.
- Expertise in litigation, settlement negotiations, and case management.
- Strong understanding of legal principles, procedures, and metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of Personal Injury cases, from research to trial.
- Draft legal documents and negotiate settlements.
- Represent clients in court and maintain professional client communication.
- Utilize case management tools and report progress to leadership.
- Attend firm events and actively represent the firm.
