Join our leadership team as the QA and Regulatory Affairs Manager, where you'll oversee our Quality Assurance department and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, hazardous area regulations, and product certification standards. This role is critical in driving continuous improvement, product reliability, and cross-functional quality initiatives across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the QA department and manage compliance with ISO 9001 and regulatory certifications (UL, CSA, FM).
- Oversee supplier quality, audits, and corrective actions; maintain approved supplier list.
- Manage internal audits, yield analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Support product development through prototype testing and validation.
- Ensure accurate calibration and maintenance of test equipment.
- Liaise with external certifying bodies; manage product certification processes and documentation.
- Supervise and develop QA team, including performance management and onboarding.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to embed quality in all departments.
Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years in manufacturing/quality assurance.
- Expert in ISO 9001 and quality systems; familiarity with hazardous area requirements.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
