SNI has partnered with a reputable manufacturing company in Hartford area looking for an experienced CMM/CNC Programmer to join thier team.
Responsbilities include but not limited to:
• 5+ years of experience in CNC programming and machining.
• Strong knowledge of 5 axis CNC Mill programming.
• Proven Experience with CAD/CAM software, such as Mastercam and Creo. NX is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of cutting tools, speeds, feeds and tool selection is required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex CNC program and process issues.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to train and guide junior team members.
• Experience with Fanuc automation, CMM operation and interpretation, and laser programming is a plus
