Assembler
Location: Manassas, VA (100% Onsite)
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:00 AM (Mandatory Overtime on Friday or Saturday)
Overview
We are partnering with a leading organization in Manassas, VA seeking an Assembler to join their growing team. In this role, you will assemble, inspect, and test electronic and mechanical components and systems. The work will range from routine tasks to more complex assemblies and rework, requiring accuracy, quality focus, and adherence to safety standards. This is a hands-on position where you’ll work with diagrams, blueprints, and a variety of tools to help deliver products on time and to specification.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble electronic and/or mechanical parts, including modules, boards, panels, frames, cables, and related components.

Interpret and follow diagrams, blueprints, and written instructions for accurate layouts and assemblies.

Operate hand tools, power tools, jigs, saws, and precision measuring equipment.

Inspect work in progress and final assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Perform disassembly, rework, and testing of prototypes or experimental assemblies when required.

Safely handle paints, solvents, and chemicals as part of the assembly process (PPE provided).

Maintain accurate records of work performed and ensure a clean, organized work area.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues and meet production goals.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred (but not required).

Ability to read and follow diagrams, blueprints, and written instructions.

Proficiency using hand tools and power tools.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

Willingness to work safely with paints, solvents, and chemicals.

Ability to stand, bend, and lift as required for production tasks.
