Receptionist / Administrative Assistant (Part-Time, Evening – Contract)
Location: Sterling, VA
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 4:45 PM – 9:00 PM
Duration: 3–6 months (with potential for extension)
Dress Code: Business Professional
Key Responsibilities:

Provide a warm, professional greeting to all callers and visitors in a timely manner

Answer and route incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette

Deliver exceptional customer service while facilitating visitor needs

Guide customers to the appropriate departments for assistance

Operate a paging system confidently and efficiently

Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times
Requirements:

Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Outstanding work ethic with a positive, upbeat attitude

Must be punctual and maintain excellent attendance

Comfortable working in a structured, customer-facing environment
