We have an opening for an experienced Claims Agent:

• Run internal reports to determine which patients need updated verification of coverage/benefits
• Navigate insurance websites to locate plans and verify basic coverage
• Contacting insurances by phone to verify eligibility and details of coverage for infertility services
• Make updates and corrections to information provided by patients at time of scheduling
• Document progress and office notes in our internal Electronic Medical Records system and /or billing system
• Coordinate with out of state offices to obtain missing information prior to patient appointment
