Benefits Specialist position located in the Merrimac area.
Duties: Responsible for administration and oversight of all benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long term disability, COBRA, leave of absence, Employee Assistance Program, HRA, FSA, 457(b) and 403(b) plan.
Ensures benefits programs comply with all legal requirements and reporting obligations.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
ADP experience a plus.
(CBP) or (CEBS) certification a plus.
