Customer Service Specialist
Customer Service Specialist temporary position located in the North Shore Area. Client is seeking a motivated, organized individual to join their dynamic team of customer support professionals.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer inbound customer calls and provide knowledgeable responses to customer requests and questions.
- Request shipping quotes
- Coordinate and prepare customer orders to delivery
- Process and prepare shipping labels
- Perform database entry.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
Skills and Abilities Desired:
Candidate must have high energy, and be able to handle multi-task projects. Excellent organizational skills, an attention to detail, strong written and oral communication skills, a positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
Experience with Microsoft Office is required. Candidate must have strong computer skills and a willingness to learn and master new applications. 3+ years of professional customer service experience.
