Inside Sales Representative temporary to hire position located in Haverhill MA.
Duties: Heavy phone/email customer interaction, obtaining quotes from vendors, checking price and delivery, order entry, purchasing parts and expediting orders. Handling returns and updating CRM database. Strong negotiation skills. 3 Plus years of inside sales/customer service experience. Proficient in MS Office Suite skills and knowledge of a CRM database.
