We're looking for a dedicated Assembly Technician to join our team in Manassas, VA.  In this role, you'll be instrumental in producing high-quality electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies for a variety of applications. • Assemble and Fabricate: Perform a variety of production and assembly operations on electronic and mechanical components, including modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.

• Read Blueprints: Interpret and work from complex diagrams, schematics, and drawings to make initial layouts and ensure correct assembly.

• Use Tools: Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, jigs, and saws to assemble and rework products.

• Quality Control: Conduct continuity checks and perform quality inspections on products during and after the assembly process, ensuring all work meets strict quality specifications.

• Prototype Work: Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies under the guidance of engineering specifications.

• Experience: Proven experience in electronic or mechanical assembly is preferred.

• Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and drawings. Proficient in using hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

• Physical Requirements: Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.

• Mindset: A strong commitment to quality and safety standards. A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
