Inside Sales Representative

SNI Companies is seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative with B2B sales experience to join our team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele. This position is a great opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about building relationships through sales and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outreach to potential clients, including cold calling, to introduce SNI Companies' products and services.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships by having quality conversations, providing tailored solutions, and conducting regular follow-ups.
  • Leverage Netsuite CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and ensure accurate record-keeping of customer interactions.
  • Target the Southwest US territory, with some leads provided and some generated independently.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies, grow market presence, and achieve sales goals.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively convey the value of our offerings to potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Previous inside sales or cold calling experience is preferred.
  • Proven ability to persuade, influence, and close deals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and within a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, particularly Netsuite, to manage sales workflows efficiently.
  • Strong customer-focus with a commitment to exceptional service.
  • Previous industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Training & Support:

  • SNI Companies will provide 2-3 months of comprehensive training on industry specifics and product knowledge to ensure your success in the role.
