Job Description
Customer Service Associate (CSA) Position -Boca Area
Essential Job Functions:
- Respond to incoming calls through the Call Center;
Answer questions solely related to administrative matters involving withdrawals such as processing address changes;
Validate withdrawal requests through the Withdrawal Call Center and submit them to the Processing Center accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform on-line data entry based on validated phone form requests.
Requirements:
College degree, Bachelor’s
1 year prior customer service experience
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred; not required.
Excellent telephone voice, communication and customer service skills.
Strong administrative skills.
- Must be able to work onsite, in the office from 8:00am to 7:30pm, EST, Monday through Friday, and occasional Saturdays.
- Standard shift: 9:00am to 5:30pm, 30-minute lunch break (40-hour work week).
- Must be able to work overtime hours from 5:30pm until possibly 7:30pm, when needed.
- Attend weekly staff meetings, 8am to 9am (paid overtime).
- Occasional Saturdays, 9:30am to 4pm (paid overtime).
- Background, drug test, education verification a must
