Bookkeeper
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our client's team in West Springfield, MA. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting tasks and ensure accurate financial recordkeeping in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable

Prepare and post journal entries
-
Assist with payroll processing

Generate financial reports and assist with month-end close
-
Maintain organized records of financial transactions

Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting procedures
Qualifications:

3+ years of bookkeeping or general accounting experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to quickly learn new software

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organizational and communication skills
-
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
