Maintenance Tech
Maintenance Technician – Somerset County
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Work Location: Based in Somerset County, with assignments at different agency facilities as needed.

Requirements:
-
High school diploma or GED
-
At least 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience across multiple trades (listed below)
-
Valid driver’s license
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support facility operations across multiple sites. This role involves skilled work in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, masonry, doors/windows, and other general repair areas.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out routine maintenance and repair tasks at assigned properties

Inspect facilities regularly to assess repair needs and overall condition

Keep agency tools and equipment in safe, working order

Report any health or safety concerns to a supervisor

Assist with outdoor upkeep, including snow removal and grounds maintenance

Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
