Leasing Agent direct hire position located in Malden.
Duties: Handles all the daily administrative tasks of a leasing office and resident services to ensure accurate resident record retention.
Meeting with current tenants and prospective tenants, conducting tours of luxury apartment homes, placing and following up on work orders and responding to emails and calls. Monitoring lobby, fitness, community room and package concierge area.
Full-time position with rotating Saturday hours.
Must be proficient in MS Office skills
