Looking for Bookkeepers ! (Ft. Lauderdale)

We are currently looking to interview Bookkeepers for our client based in Ft. Lauderdale.  Please review the following:

Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Ft. Lauderdale
Salary: $43-44K
Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM
Job Description:

• Provide administrative support and carry out Bookkeeping duties
• Process filing and invoices
• Coordinate with the Manager as needed
• Maintain calendars and processing payroll
• Generate and update reports using "Netsuite" software program to assist with the Accounting Department

Requirements:

• Must have bookkeeping experience (2 to 4 year minimum as an acting or true bookkeeper)
• MUST PASS BACKGROUND/DRUG CHECKS
• Knowledge of Netsuite is a major plus
• QuickBooks is an additional plus
