Accounting - Marketing Finance Analyst

Location: On-site – Doral, FL

We’re looking for a detail-driven Marketing Finance Analyst to serve as the financial backbone of our marketing team. This role bridges the gap between finance and marketing—ideal for someone who enjoys supporting creative teams with clear data, sound budgeting, and strategic insights. You'll manage budgets, track expenses, and deliver financial analysis that drives smarter decision-making and maximizes ROI.

This position is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of accounting, finance, or FP&A experience, especially those who thrive in fast-paced, campaign-driven environments.

• Partner with the marketing team to create, manage, and monitor campaign and departmental budgets

• Track and reconcile actual expenditures against forecasts and budgets

• Prepare and present financial reports and performance summaries to evaluate campaign ROI and department spend

• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and more effective investment allocation

• Support new initiative planning with financial models, justifications, and budget tracking

• Ensure financial compliance with internal policies and standard accounting practices

• Communicate financial insights clearly and effectively to non-financial stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial planning & analysis (FP&A)

• Marketing finance experience or familiarity with marketing spend metrics is a strong plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, basic financial modeling)

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and tight deadlines

• Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, operations, and non-financial teams

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
