SNI is partnering with one of our top Las Colinas clients to find a Workday Ticketing Specialist. This position offers a great company culture and flexibility. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Workday and be able to assist employees with troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:

  • Receive Workday support requests via phone and email
  • Work to resolve issues in Workday
  • Provide necessary explanation and instruction
  • Escalate tickets as needed for resolution


Requirements:

  • Previous experience with Workday
  • Previous ticketing experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication skills
