Job Description


Hospitals face considerable challenges in managing costs and finding innovative solutions to advance clinical outcomes related to chronic wound patients.

As the market leader in wound care, we are is uniquely positioned to help our clients address these challenges. We are developing a new suite of supply chain solutions for its clients in collaboration with wound care product manufacturers across the full spectrum of wound care.

The Director of Supply Chain Strategy and Operations will help lead this effort and be critical to the overall success of these new product offerings. Primary responsibilities will include product analysis and concept design for

new supply chain product solutions, external collaboration and negotiation with wound care product manufacturers, and working collaboratively across the organization to ensure successful commercialization of these new product solutions.


    • Participate in the development of compensation plans for operations personnel
    • Manage contract review process
    • Manage CAAF process and approvals
    • Lead operations process improvement projects; coordinate pilot projects and act as the operations interface
    • Document best practices for all operations functions
    • Responsible for managing web portal functionality related to operations' needs
    • Serve as the primary interface with Learning and Development for testing related to operations training courses to ensure learning
    • Assists the COO in coordinating leadership activities
    • Coordinates scheduling of the APDs
    • Collaborates with Development related to operations' role in developing national accounts leads
    • Responsible for developing and maintaining a tool for measuring capacity within centers
    • Performs special projects requiring analysis and issue identification related to operations


  • Masters of Business Administration in related field
  • 5+ years of healthcare supply chain experience, preferably related to hospitals and product manufacturers
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to influence, work effectively and implement solutions in a cross-functional team environment
