A Hartford area law firm has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in their Trusts and Estates department.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a professional office environment. This person will be providing general administrative support including:

  • copying,scanning, and filing
  • maintaining files
  • answering phones
  • preparing and editing documents
  • assisting department paralegals and attorneys with assignments as needed


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills are a must
