Job Description

Customer Service attendants are needed! Our client in the Rosemont, IL area is hiring candidates to assist with an upcoming convention. This short term project starts on Saturday August 10th and runs through Friday August 16th. Pay is $12.00/hr.

Duties will include the following:

  • Provide excellent customer service to convention attendees
  • Assist convention attendees with information of specific items
  • Abide by specific procedures and instructions when handling merchandise

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain seated for long periods of time
  • Must be able to adhere to specific break schedule
  • Must be able to adhere to specific procedures and instructions when handling coins
  • Must be able to interface well with all levels of the convention staff and represent the team in a highly professional manner
  • Must be able to interact with Attendees with professionalism at all times
