Job Description

SNI Companies is looking for Customer Service Agents with mortgage experience. The positions are in South Arlington and will pay between $14 and $18 an hour.

The positions are contract to hire and will start the first week of September.

Title Curative Customer Service Agents review and analyze files for determining appropriate actions to retrieve and process mortgage documents. Title Curative Customer Service Agents communicate with multiple entities to find appropriate solutions for each case, and for negotiating with homeowners, title companies, attorneys, previous owners and other 3rd parties. Title Curative Customer Service Agents are required to have strong communication skills which include listening skills, professional demeanor and interviewing skills. Title Curative Customer Service Agents make case recommendations to management and may also advise in non- litigation cases.

After identifying and contacting the appropriate person for retrieving necessary documents, Title Curative Customer Service Agents may have authority to negotiate borrower incentives or other options that will allow client to retrieve required documents.

Attention to Details
Accurate recordkeeping and documentation are key duties for Title Curative Customer Service Agents. This process requires excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and the ability to work with others toward meeting employer goals and expectations.


  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate excellent organization, documentation and follow through skills
  • Ability to work in a high volume, production environment and work well under pressure
  • Work with available resources to resolve any title related issues
  • Provide accurate and timely communication of all updates, details, etc. to all parties involved in transaction.
  • Ensure verbal and written communication with clients is timely, clear and accurate
  • Negotiate payoffs, settlements, and non-liquidating workout programs according to company and various investor guidelines
  • Exercise effective problem-solving skills and initiative to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Meet all productivity and quality control standards as outlined by management
